Profiles of Serial Killers From The Zodiac to Ted Bundy to Tampa's Howell Donaldson by private investigator Bill Warner

Profiles of Serial Killers From The Zodiac to Ted Bundy to Tampa's Howell Donaldson by private investigator Bill Warner. Howell Donaldson III charged with all 4 murders in Seminole Height Tampa Fl. Cell phone records of Thrill Killer Howell Donaldson III put him at a location in the 1300 block of E. Frierson Ave on October 9th at 8:47pm to 9:02pm, on October 11th at 8:18pm to 8:42pm and on October 19th at 7:51pm to 7:58pm, all the same nights as the first 3 murders in Seminole Heights. Too many people confuse cell site location data with GPS, Tampa Police were using cell site location date to get an approximate area where Howell Donaldson was on E. Frierson Ave, this data is accurate in a approximate area of 200 feet. Thrill killer Howell Donaldson III had a safe house to plan his murders and a place to hide out after the murders. This guy viewed the killing of his victims as a sport, he is a hunter killer, a thrill killer just like the Zodiac.
Serial Killer Howell Donaldson III, who is only 24, did not take 'trophies' of his victims, he did not torture or sexually abuse his victims, he just shot them and ran away, a thrill killer, a hunter killer, a serial murderer. Serial Killer Howell Donaldson III in my opinion is a psychopath, he has no remorse for killing these four people in Seminole Heights, all random.  The primary motive of psychopathic thrill killers is to induce terror in their victims prior to killing them which provides intense stimulation and excitement during the 'hunt'. The Zodiac murderer was a thrill killer. The inability of a psychopathic thrill killer such as the Zodiac and Howell Donaldson III to feel compassion or sympathy enables him to view the killing of his victims as a sport, he is a hunter killer.
The ZODIAC murderer was responsible for shooting and stabbing at least five random people to death in Northern California in the late 1960s and early 1970's, ZODIAC claimed he hid his name in a series of cryptic messages, he was a hunter killer, a thrill killer. In some of those ciphers and bizarre letters he also claimed up to 37 victims all random. A former LAPD homicide detective and a cold case expert believe they’ve made a breakthrough that could finally bring someone to justice. Sal LaBarbera and Ken Mains think the person responsible could be Ross Sullivan, (who moved to CA in 1957 from Binghamton NY), who was the original suspect in one of the murders. The team has extracted DNA from the clothing of one murder victim — Cheri Jo Bates — that may expose the killer. The pair’s search features in a new History Channel documentary series, The Hunt For The Zodiac Killer. Cheri Jo Bates was stabbed in October, 1966 after leaving the library at Riverside Community College. It was a killing the Zodiac Killer claimed. Ross Sullivan started at Riverside Community College (RCC) in 1961 (age 20), he sent RCC transcripts to UC Santa Cruz in 1967 (age 26), it appears he was still in Riverside CA in 1966 when Cheri Jo Bates was murdered. ZODIAC SUSPECT: Ross Mercer Stephen Sullivan born in Syracuse NY, DOB 07-28-1941.
Zodiac Killer: DNA Unlocks Clues to His Identity as Detectives Zero in on Larry Kane and Ross Sullivan from Binghamton NY. Ross M. Sullivan, DOB 7/28/1941 has been linked to the Zodiac Murders in Northern CA during the late 1960's and early 1970's. Ross M. Sullivan died in Santa Cruz CA on 9/29/1977, he had never married per his death certificateRoss Sullivan was a large man, over 6' 2" tall and heavy set as he aged.  There is an interesting typed letter from the Riverside City College Library, 4800 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, California, concerning the case of Cheri Jo Bates, savagely murdered on October 30th 1966 outside the library. Some of the workers at the RCC had suspicions about Ross Sullivan, based on his character and various circumstantial evidence. Unfortunately for them, their suspect was not apparently held in the same regard by police at the time of Cheri Jo Bates' murder. Certainly Cheri Jo Bates knew her killer; she was familiar enough to the killer to walk away from the library with him. Ross Sullivan not only worked at the RCC library, but he knew Cheri Jo through his brother.
Ross M. Sullivan's father, Harold Sullivan, was a minister at YMCA's in NYC (early 1950s); Binghamton, NY (1954- Summer 1957); and Glendale, CA (Summer 1957 to 1959). Ross M. Sullivan's family was strongly associated with the YMCA from New York to California. In 1956, Ross M. Sullivan was a youth pastor at the Binghamton YMCA on Washington Street and on the YMCA swim team, he also was on the swim team for Binghamton Central High School (BCHS) as a sophomore (10th grade). In a Binghamton Press December 18, 1955 article Ross Sullivan is listed as winning the 40 yard backstroke for the Binghamton YMCA team. Binghamton’s first YMCA opened 150 years ago as a place for men working on the railroad to meet together for Bible study, as well as a place for them to stay. I recall using the gym facilities in the 1960's on Washington Street behind the Metro Center where we played basketball and boxed and swam in the large indoor pool— the Binghamton Y’s current building on Susquehanna Street was purchased in 1969.

TED BUNDY SERIAL KILLER: Tallahassee, Florida: Two killed and two injured in the Chi Omega killings: Lisa Levy, 20 (beaten with a log, raped, bitten and strangled). Margaret Bowman, 21 (beaten with a log and strangled with a pair of panty hose). Karen Chandler (survived). Kathy Kleiner (survived). Cheryl Thomas (bludgeoned in her bed just a few blocks away from the above killings; survived). February 9, 1975- Lake City, Florida: Kimberly Leach, 12 (raped, killed and her body discarded in Florida's Suwannee River State Park). Serial killer Ted Bundy slaughtered more than 100 women nationwide his lawyer has revealed. The psycho went to the electric chair in Florida in 1989 at age 42, after admitting 30 killings. But that was less than a third of his true toll, according to the man who defended him in the 70s. In a new book John Henry Browne says that the rapist, kidnapper and necrophiliac Ted Bundy preyed on pretty young petite females with long brown hair nationwide from Seattle WA to the Florida State University (FSU) campus Tallahassee Fl.
On January 15, 1978, Bundy committed his first murders in almost two and a half years. He broke into the Chi Omega sorority at the Florida State University Tallahassee, raped, strangled, and bludgeoned students Lisa Levy and Margaret Bowman. Two other students were also attacked but survived. The same night, he attacked another woman eight blocks away. She also survived. On February 9, 1978, Bundy committed his last known murder. Ted Bundy abducted 12-year old Kimberly Leach outside her school, raped and killed her and tried to hide the body in an abandoned hog shed. On the morning of February 15, he was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle and was quickly linked to the sorority murders. Ted Bundy was an unusually organized and calculating criminal who used his extensive knowledge of law enforcement methodologies to elude identification and capture for years. His crime scenes were distributed over large geographic areas; his victim count had risen to at least 20 before it became clear that numerous investigators in widely disparate jurisdictions were hunting the same man. His assault methods of choice were blunt trauma and strangulation, two relatively silent techniques that could be accomplished with common household items.

Ted Bundy deliberately avoided firearms due to the noise they made and the ballistic evidence they left behind. He was a "meticulous researcher" who explored his surroundings in minute detail, looking for safe sites to seize and dispose of victims. All of Bundy's known victims were white females, most of middle-class backgrounds. Almost all were between the ages of 13 and 25 and most were college students, youth and beauty were "absolutely indispensable criteria" in his choice of victims. The victims of serial killer Ted Bundy would be overpowered, bludgeoned, and restrained with handcuffs. Most were sexually assaulted and strangled, either at the primary crime scene or (more commonly) after transport to a pre-selected secondary site, often a considerable distance away.At secondary sites he would remove and later burn the victim's clothing, or in at least one case (Julie Cunningham's) deposit them in a Goodwill Industries collection bin, Bundy explained that the clothing removal was ritualistic, but also a practical matter, as it minimized the chance of leaving trace evidence (DNA touch evidence today) at the crime scene that could implicate him. Ted Bundy confessed to killing 36 women in seven states, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Oregon, Idaho, California and Florida before he was executed by electric chair on January 24, 1989.
